Representation in Maryland Bicycle Injury & Accident Cases
Peter Wilborn's first bicycle race was in College Park, Maryland in 1983. It was a two-lap critirium, and midway through the second lap, Peter realized that he had no special gift for riding fast. Peter has raced on and off over the years, only to come to that same conclusion. On the bright side, all that extra training helped him prepare for a career as a lawyer. Peter was admitted to the Bar of Maryland in 1995.
Peter has continued to ride throughout Maryland since those early teenage years and has repeatedly ridden one of his favorite rides in the world, the length of the C&O Canal. Maryland is a gorgeous state for cycling and is making strides to be safer as well.
As Peter ramped up on his bicycle law practice from Charleston, South Carolina, he has increasingly received calls from Maryland about bicycle collisions and as a direct result has represented many Maryland cyclists.
Bottom line, if you are injured or involved in a bicycle accident in Maryland, you want an experienced lawyer who understands cycling and legal issues unique to Maryland cycling laws. Please do not hesitate to contact Peter at bikelaw. You do not pay any fees unless money is collected on your behalf.
Peter is also available to speak to bicycle clubs, advocacy groups, and law enforcement personnel on bicycle safety, bicycle laws, and to give technical assistance.
Contact Peter at 877-316-4310 or peter@bikelaw.com. Also make sure to register for free bicycle gear and follow the latest news on the bikelaw blog.
