Colorado Bike Accident Cases
Brian and his law partner have obtained more than $5.5 million in verdicts or settlements for clients in the past three years. Bicycle crash cases that Brian has handled include:
- Brian represented a 33-year-old bicycle rider from Aurora, Colorado, who was originally ticketed by the police and found guilty for pulling in front of a car. The motorist’s insurer actually asked the rider to pay $3,000 for damage to the car. Brian eventually obtained a $130,000 settlement for his client from the same insurance company.
- A 50-year-old Evergreen cyclist was hit when a motorist in a pickup truck ran a stop sign in Idaho Springs. After getting the $50,000 policy limits from the motorists’ insurer, Brian filed for arbitration to collect under the cyclist’s underinsured motorist coverage and received a fair settlement shortly before the hearing date.
- A 35-year-old Denver bike racer from Denver injured his knee when a car pulled out in front of him on a downhill stretch in Golden, Colorado. Brian obtained the car’s liability limits of $100,000, as well as $25,000 under the biker’s underinsured motorist benefits.
Testimonials from Colorado Bicyclists
Brian has represented hundreds of cyclists injured in Colorado bike accidents. Many of his grateful clients have left positive reviews on Google+ and other online review sites. Here’s a recent testimonial from one cyclist:
I was seriously injured by a distracted driver while riding my bike. Brian was recommended to me by another attorney for my bike accident. I contacted Brian and met with him to discuss my options and was immediately impressed with his knowledge of bicycle law in Colorado. He quickly settled my case with the driver’s insurance company, my car insurance company, and my car insurance. Because of Brian’s work, I received a much larger settlement than I expected. I was able to focus on recovering from my injuries because I knew Brian would take care of the legal aspects of my case. I can’t recommend him enough.
