Daniel Flanzig is an also an avid cyclist and has been riding the New York City streets since his first days of law school. He maintains offices in Manhattan, Queens and Long Island to serve all of New York’s downstate cycling community.
Daniel proudly serves on the Board of Directors of the New York Bicycling Coalition. He is a well-known national commentator on bicycle law and has been featured in news outlets across the country. In 2013, Bicycle Times featured Daniel as a national leader in bike law and advocacy.
Daniel is the founder and Chair Person of the New York State Trial Lawyers Bicycle Ligation Sub-Committee and is a member of the American Association of Justice - Bicycle Litigation Group. He has presented multiple seminars in New York to educate other attorneys on how to properly and effectively prosecute a bicycle accident case. Daniel has assisted the American Association of Justice in the production of their first "Bicycle Litigation Packet" to help bike lawyers represent injured cyclists.
