Representation in Pennsylvania bicycle crash cases
Jim Reed is an avid cyclist and award-winning trial lawyer who passionately represents injured cyclists. As an avid cyclist who has been struck by a car himself, Jim knows first-hand the anxiety, frustration and economic uncertainties faced by injured cyclists. Jim understands that every injured cyclist is plagued by the same concerns: How will I pay my bills? How will I recover my health? Who will pay for my bike damage? Jim answers these questions and helps his clients get on the road to recovery.
Jim has a special fondness for Pennsylvania as he went to law school in quaint Carlisle (Dickinson School of Law) and has MANY scars from PA mountain bike races. Jim represents cyclists throughout Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia, Harrisburg, Reading, Scranton, Erie and everywhere in between. For years, Jim has written a blog devoted to cycling/legal issues. Jim donates hundreds of hours per year advocating to improve cycling safety and is a Board Member and Legal Advisor to the New York Bicycling Coalition.
Jim is proud of the many awards he has won as a lawyer: selected “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers in America, selected as a SuperLawyer for the last 7 years, and member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, among other awards.
Jim, who started bicycle racing at 13, is equally proud of his cycling exploits: two time NY Time Trial Champion with his wife Meg on their tandem, 3rd place in Nationals, 2d place team in the Race Across Oregon and Furnace Creek 508, three time “fan boy” traveler to the Tour de France (tent camping in the Alps and Pyrennees), and much more.
If you have been injured in a Pennsylvania bike accident, by a defective bicycle product, or because of an unsafe road condition and would like to discuss your case with a Pennsylvania bicycle accident attorney who gets cycling, Jim welcomes your call for a free consultation. He can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org and 800-943-3529.
